The International Container Forum ESE-2024

On April 25–26, 2024, the International Container Forum "ECSE ASIA-2024" will take place at the RIXOS Almaty Congress Centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan.This significant event will gather key operators and forwarders from various countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, China, Mongolia, Turkey, Iran, and others. It provides an exceptional platform for exchanging experiences, reconnecting with old acquaintances, and establishing new partnerships.

The forum will bring together the business community, government officials, and industry experts to discuss the current state and trends of the international container market, as well as the potential for transportation integration among Central Asian countries and Russia. The agenda includes critical industry issues, the dynamics of trans-Asian transport corridors, and the overall development of container logistics in the post-Soviet region.

 
ECSE ASIA-2024 Programm

Participants of the Forum can look forward to dynamic days

  • April 24th. Trip to the Transport and Logistics Center "Zhetygen", a modern and technologically advanced container terminal located 30 km from the city of Almaty.
  • April 25th. The day will be entirely dedicated to work. The program includes live discussions, case sessions, a round table, and practical recommendations: "Transport Integration Russia - Asia", "Global Containerization: Challenges and Perspectives", "Rail Transportation and Customs Declaration. Current Issues and Practical Solutions." At the end of the business program, a gala dinner will take place at the "Svetlana" restaurant.
  • April 26th. Familiarization tour "Altynkol-Khorgos Border Crossing": "Khorgos Gateway" dry port, border station, key container terminals on the Kazakhstan-China border.

Forum participants
In 2023, the Forum (ESE-2023 in Sochi, Russia) was attended by 288 delegates, representatives of 130 transportation companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Belarus, and China. The "ESE ASIA-2024" forum is expected to attract even more companies and significantly expand the geography of participants. Significant interest in the event is shown by Asian companies - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkey, Georgia, and others.
 

The hosts of the Forum

The forum is organized by the Unified Meeting of Forwarders (the organizer of transport forums "ESE" in Russia) together with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport CILT Central Asia (Kazakhstan).
